1. Parties and scope
These terms govern your use of the clarif.co website and Clarif apps including Solvi. By using the services you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Clarif is an independent mobile app studio building products in education technology and AI. Our services include AI problem solving apps such as Solvi and related learning tools.
3. Accounts and minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old or have the consent of your legal guardian to use the service. You are responsible for your account and any activity under it.
4. Acceptable use
The following is prohibited:
- Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
- Unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or artificial load.
- Uploading copyrighted content without permission.
- Spam, harassment, discriminatory or misleading content.
5. Intellectual property
All Clarif trademarks, logos, software, content and designs are owned by Clarif. You retain rights to the content you upload and grant Clarif a licence to process and store it as needed to provide the service, and to use anonymised data for product improvement.
6. AI outputs
AI-generated outputs (e.g. Solvi solutions) are designed to be accurate but may still contain errors. Please verify results before relying on them for academic decisions. Clarif does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.
7. Pricing and cancellation
Some features may be offered via paid subscriptions. Pricing and cancellation terms are disclosed at point of purchase. Refunds for app-store subscriptions are subject to the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clarif is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction.
